1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Service

Trading Journal is strictly a personal journaling tool and educational platform. It is designed to help traders record, review, and reflect on their own trading decisions. It is not a financial advisory service, signal service, or portfolio management platform.

• We do not provide investment advice, stock tips, trading signals, or any form of personalized financial guidance.
• We are NOT registered with SEBI or any financial regulatory body.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Account Registration & Verification

• You must provide a valid email address to register. A verification link will be sent to confirm your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Plan & Subscription (Pro Plan)

• Free Plan: All new accounts are granted a free plan with a limit of 10 trade logs. Once the limit is reached, no additional trades can be logged without upgrading.
• Pro Plan: Paid subscriptions (Monthly at ₹299/month or Yearly at ₹2,990/year) unlock unlimited trade logging and additional features.
• All payments are processed securely in INR via Cashfree. By subscribing, you authorize Cashfree to charge the applicable amount.
• Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, as the digital service is immediately accessible in full. Exceptions may apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Contact us within 24 hours of payment at contact@trading-journal.in for disputes.
• Subscriptions auto-expire after the plan period. Renewal must be done manually.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Trading Journal to:

• Claim or imply that the content on this platform constitutes professional financial advice.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially republish any analysis or content from this website without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free trade limit.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access any part of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on Trading Journal is the exclusive property of the platform owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content without prior written consent. Your own journal entries remain your private data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Journal and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any trading decisions made based on content viewed on this platform.
• Financial losses incurred in the market.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
